Wigan Wallgate - Formby

Hi Guys

Friend wants to know if they can go via Southport or Kirkby to get to Formby from Wigan. I guess that both routes are valid but just want to check!

The shortest route from Wigan Wallgate to Formby is via Southport.
The route via Kirkby and Sandhills is 2.75 miles longer.

As both are within 3 miles of the shortest route, and there are no relevant negative easements, both are fine.
