This seems very heavy handed on EMTs part, not surprising for the company but their interest in this situation is dubious. They are a bloody awful company, cannot wait until their franchise is up for renewal in 2015!

My advise would be to construct a letter stating the facts then ask Yorkie to read it and see what he thinks.
