lucky him. i have been on telly once, but it was just me doin something, nothing else.
I am NOT happy with evening substandard. They used my photos on there website and in there paper, without telling me. I only found out from the ITV crew when they had the printout! they never even bothered to credit me

I suggest you contact the Standard's legal team and you will be taking legal action if you do not receive cash for your photos ...

It helped that I had all my mates there giving support. Sorry about the spaz next to me, the head teacher (who has being trying to get me excluded for things I havent done all through my time there) was folowing me like a shadow and decided who my 'mates' were

Just be careful how you approach this....go in all guns blazing, and the ES may well say "go away 14 year old boy", knowing that it's pretty likely that you would not take legal action against them for using your pictures. However, I would definately get in touch with them about it!
