I can't get out of my head, the persistent desire to submit "Ilminster". With Ely meaning in the "ancient tongue", "island of eels": its cathedral thus the "eel minster" -- "Ilminster" sounds and looks a a bit like that (coincidentally, no doubt). The only snag is that the Taunton -- Chard -- Chard Junction line, on which Ilminster lay, closed in 1962 :frown: .

Fenchurch Street

Ely Cathedral is a church in the Fen country, and the route for the cathedral would be the street leading to it.

Another clue to We'll be in The Bull tonight and for a very long time!
The Bull has nothing whatsoever to do with a Public House!

Not much activity today on this thread, so perhaps another clue is needed:-
(Yorkshire) Dales Pie (anag)

Seven Sisters?
Methinks @neilmc helped you out a little bit? But you are correct, Sir. Well done!

In the constellation Taurus (The Bull) is a group of stars called the Pleiades (Greek mythology, etc. and also an anagram of Dales Pie), the brightest seven of which are also known as the Seven Sisters. The Pleiades will remain in Taurus for a very long time but what with stellar motion, etc., in a million or so years time, who knows where they'll be? Maybe in Sussex?

Over to @DaleCooper.

Thank you, the next one is probably a lot easier but I found it amusing.

Next clue:

Following a bumper harvest this will yield a muckle.
