I’ve caught a few on the flyer and the only bad thing I would say about them is how loud and whiney they can be compared to the eclipses
Tbf the newer trentbarton MMCs are really nice- far better than the older versions. I hope they're as fast as the current ones though!

The mileage on them for 5 year old vehicles is really high. Displacing them onto another route, which has a lesser mileage per day, would probably be better for the vehicles to keep operating reliablyIt seems odd to replace 5 year old vehicles with near identical machines.

Actually it doesn't. It allows part depreciated buses to cascade down to a route that does not make as much profit. I guess there will be a plan for where the 20 plated ones will end up. Maybe the Sixes
