For skylink it's adl (e200mmcs again). For the electrics I believe it is yutongs
Is there a rough date for their arrival? Ill assume it’ll be after summer now?

Tbf the newer trentbarton MMCs are really nice- far better than the older versions. I hope they're as fast as the current ones though!
I’ve caught a few on the flyer and the only bad thing I would say about them is how loud and whiney they can be compared to the eclipses

For the skylink around July. And the EV's around the end of the year. Apparently the evs are coming in two batches rather than all be delivered at once

I agree they are nice from a passenger perspective, however I've heard drivers don't really like driving them so we will see how that turns out.

Cool it’ll be nice to see something different in the wellglade fleet. I assume the split deliveries is for the different sizes?

I was just having a look on bustimes and wondered whereabouts 813/6 are currently? Seem to have fallen off the face of the earth after leaving TM

Yeah possibly. From what I hear it's two delivery's so could indicate two different vehicle sizes rather than three

497 is currently on rushcliffe villager, seems to have transfered to "cover" 125.

It seems odd to replace 5 year old vehicles with near identical machines.
The mileage on them for 5 year old vehicles is really high. Displacing them onto another route, which has a lesser mileage per day, would probably be better for the vehicles to keep operating reliably

Maybe one could replace the sole Volvo on the Keyworth.
Could do, they have 13 skylink branded and 2 in kinchbus and 3 in mango so it could be that 107/8 are the one of the ones which get put onto keyworth since they are of the same batch as the ones that are on keyworth now

You must mean THREE different vehicle sizes. ;)

Yes you're right, Yutong do have 3 different single decker sizes available. What he's saying is that the fact the orders are coming in two batches suggests they've just ordered 2 of those 3 vehicle types.
I suspect there will be 3.

Actually it doesn't. It allows part depreciated buses to cascade down to a route that does not make as much profit. I guess there will be a plan for where the 20 plated ones will end up. Maybe the Sixes

I would not be surprised if 497 had transferred to allow a compliant Solo SR to go to TM Travel. There is talk on the Hulleys group that their Solo YJ60 PFN has passed to TM Travel.

I saw 813 a few weeks ago, after it had left TM Travel. It was at Derby Meadow Road for MOT, which it passed

Re the Kinchbus Skylink Derby Enviro 200MMCs, I'd expect the mileage of the 20 plated ones to be around 420,000 /430,000 by now.

Derbyshire Live report on Notts and Derby extending a Rolls Royce service from Spondon railway station to Spondon. I guess it could be branded a Spondon Slower.

Wouldn't make sense, since the sr's are route branded at notts to Rushcliffe villager I doubt they would remove one just to fit the needs of another part of wellglade. Especially since the branded vehicle is needed for the pvr, and since they were short a vehicle seems most likely its there to keep vehicle requirements to the required level's

I'd heard they were looking for replacements for RV 504/505, possibly short Enviro 200MMCs. Buses in Sheffield need to be compliant soon

I'm sure it was reported that some of the Skylink E200MMCs had now exeeded 500,000.

Yeah i get that, but wouldnt make sense to leave the brand short of branded busses, especially since I heard that was one of the main reasons they repaired the likes of 804 and 841. May be wrong about that though

Seems most of the fleet is at this point. Anyone know when the two lothian painted N+D deckers are suppost to be heading up?

I thought they had opted not to send 1401/1402, well unless Notts and Derby can get something better.. Ideally Geminis from Lothian. TM Travel was inspected, but sent back. Not belt fitted. (I understand for that reason, sister 1178 can't be used on schools)...

I dont know, last I heard they had two moving up and notts and derby were acquiring coaches in replacement, the coaches plan fell through and that was the last I heard. I notice 1175 (YN06 JYO) has returned on bustimes (was supposedly sold..) so could indicate they still have a bit of time before the omnidekkas are gone...

You never know. Ex Lothian Enviro 400 1405 might come back from its holiday this year.
