Hi all, just a quick one. I got an advance ticket from Edinburgh to Laindon but have been asked if can go to Billericay instead as its easier. Is there anyway I can change this or will it just be easier to buy a London -Billericay ticket instead?

Hi, What is the best splitting location for this journey please im hoping to travel on the 28th Jan after 17:00 and return 31st Jan after 18:00 I don't mind travelling longer for a cheaper ticket.

It appears that a Agent has booked the tickets when I called them direct, she said I needed a card for the system to recognize my name, but i wont be charged anything.

and I assume they will just hand over the tickets if I present them with the printout I was sent with the reservation number? (if it helps im collecting from Tonbridge station)

I'm not buying the tickets though, the client who I am going to see is arranging my travel said "We will get a reference number which will allow you to pick up your tickets at the station."

Hi. I am being booked tickets for travel on this Friday and have said that instead of posting them (as they may not arrive in time) that they will get me a reservation number so I can collect them at the station. How does/will this work? I thought you needed a debit card from the purchaser...
