Government Awarding of COVID-19 contracts to Cronies

Patel at it now, I’d live to see her in one of her prisons. Home Secretary Priti Patel has been accused of lobbying a fellow minister on behalf of a healthcare firm trying to get a government contract. In May last year, Ms Patel wrote to Michael Gove expressing disappointment the government had...

People who prefer the restricted things

Unfortunately the scared and pro lockdowners want to be able to do what they think is ok but you have to bend to their desires. So they will want to go on the train but you have to act on that train exactly as they would like it. Well there will be no change from me for sure

22nd February - Roadmap out of the pandemic, lifting of restrictions.

Yes I've just been and it was quite satisfying writing a note! In the end we had three votes to cast and two of them had the independent chap on it so he got a cross for both. It was funny as they gave me two slips for one of the votes, I wasn't naughty enough to use both. It was also...

22nd February - Roadmap out of the pandemic, lifting of restrictions.

I have an independent candidate to vote for in the County election and then its going to be a spoiled vote in the Local election as there is only the traditional three parties standing. Not sure what a spoil is I guess its just a big black cross across the whole page

How many more untold stories like this are there? Think of this when you are encouraging long restrictions and enjoying your selective lockdown where you can still get the things you need and to hell with others. Speedo Mick tells of lockdown depression battle Speedo Mick tells of lockdown...

Covid Specials: could they call at Wembley?

I travelled by LO and tube to the game. Oh and there were plenty of us City fans in the half that weren’t even fans by the way. It was very handy that a testing centre is about 50 metres from the entrance to the stadium
