    Southeastern problems post timetable change

The scenario depicted above which I responded to is not a reversal though the driver would have been instructed to terminate the journey, change ends and start again which would be driving in the correct direction. Southeastern problems post timetable change

    Railways lurching out of control?

I don't think it's actually bitterness, I think it's profound disbelief that people are being denied a pay increase yet money can be paid out to others, it often feels on this forum that many posters forget railway staff also pay tax

    Railways lurching out of control?

A long time ago I worked in retail banking and everyone was guaranteed a payrise, it was performance based but even the lowest performers still got an increase. To tell everyone in the modern railway especially in roles that don't have much influence to justify the argument is in my opinion...

    "Over By Christmas"?

Yeah your guess is more than likely correct about company. A driver sent questions to someone higher up the chain that the ldr, if I'm honest it made the atmosphere a bit more bitter

    "Over By Christmas"?

Looks like they are going one size fits all, in an email we received they are not looking at leveling the pay across companies, we seem to be fighting for other tocs to move further away from us percentage wise and protecting their Sundays when ours are inside anyway
