Especially when it was a last minute decision to jump on a pair of 350s to Wolverhampton for a tight +2 (thankfully cross platform and the 350s were amazingly on time) after the service I was thinking it would be on turned out to be a 4 coach 196.

Also a late decision to go to Birmingham after my canal walk ending at Warwick Parkway.

At least the GN 387s are easier to get these days when on a travelcard due to the interworking of stoppers & fast services. At one point it was rare for them to stop even at Stevenage.
