No-one ever seemed to bother sorting out the creaking gangways on the Mk3s, though whether that was down to the cost of doing so or indifference I've no idea?

None of the previous operators were stupid enough to market their Sleeper services as 'luxury hotel on wheels' with a corresponding premium price point!

Taxis to Edinburgh, supposed to be in our cabins from 1910,going to now be at least 0110. Are we entitled to full compensation with the FW being cancelled?
if there was anyone booked on to join at Corrour, I wouldn't want to be that taxi driver

Delay Repay kicks in after 30 minutes (based on arrival time). If you booked directly with Caledonian Sleeper they say they start the process automatically.
EDIT: Looks like the arrival time at Euston was three minutes early... so I would say no Delay Repay will be forthcoming, despite the inconvenience at the start.
in similar circumstances I was sent fifty percent goodwill refund as delay repay doesn’t have to be paid.
The 73 was providing power no issue. It was an electrical fault with a coach.

Not delay repay, but under the Consumer Rights Act they would be liable for at least a partial refund as the advertised service (a full night's sleep) hasn't been provided.

Am I right that the set ran to Edinburgh anyway (RTT seems to show this) and presumably on to London? I’m asking mainly because I will be on a sleeper on Sunday evening (northbound) and am/ was concerned there might not be stock in place.
I’m sure there must be a good reason why some of the pax, at least, could not have boarded at the Fort, rather than driving to Edinburgh and boarding the same carriages there (if that’s what happened?), but I’d love to know what it is.

The only service it could affect is the northbound tonight, but I don't know if that is the case or not...
The Fort William southbound has been cancelled again tonight... that's odd

The northbound this morning appears to have been cancelled, and 6 coaches appear to have joined the WTT 0458 Edinburgh - Polmadie, which I'd presume is usually just a loco. Possibly a fault on the seated/lounge carriage causing the issue?
Well a cable issue being the cause of the issues
