Of the non Renatus units still left, I have 332, 338, 339, 341, 342, 407, 419, 428, 429 at Wolverton, 337 and 440 at Worksop, plus 334 in service with Swift. I'm not sure how accurate that is.
My records tie up with this, although, in slightly optimistic fashion, I still have those at Wolverton as "undergoing conversion" :D

Are all 321 projects now cancelled, meaning all are either stored off-lease or have been scrapped?

Past Wembley tonight plenty with tail lights on, one even had all lights inside on when I passed again.

The Wembley ones haven’t to my knowledge moved since arriving. I’m surprised they’ve not had warm store runs up to Milton and back or something to keep the wheels turning.

My records still have a few of these at Gascoigne Wood, 443 being one of them
My records show 444 there as well. I think 431 was moved to Booths by road, but not 100% sure.

I also have 409 and 432 still at Worksop, plus 402 at Millerhill.

Updates welcome.

Interesting that there was a flurry of disposals of the /3s from Wolverton a while back, then nothing. Is the parcels conversion project still on? I'm assuming the hydrogen conversion scheme is dead in the water.

I might have missed it - aside from the Class 320s in service with ScotRail, how/why did 321 coaches end up in Scotland?

Initial rumours were for spare parts but it turned out to be for emergency training exercises for Network Rail

In the November Modern Railways Rail Freight news section there's a report that Eversholt have abandoned the freight/parcels project. The original unit remains in service with Varamis but they haven't been able to find takers for the other four units they converted so they aren't taking it further, there's no mention of what will happen to the units.

Why I`m not surpised?.. After 442s, 769s for GWR and 701s...

I'm sure I've seen Varamis at least suggesting they are looking to increase their fleet so you'd think they'd be interested in these units. Of course this could be a bit of a marketing strategy to make it appear they are busier than they are to attract more business

As well as the ex 321 parcels units and other 321 units at Wolverton, could it be possible 2024 will also see the Retanus 321s also following on very quickly for scrap as well, because its high unlikely Eversholt will want them wasting time and storage costs for much longer???.

I still wonder if there’s a place for some of them as a stopgap at Scotrail for the East Kilbride route given the lack of movement on new stock and the commonality with existing stock so avoiding a micro fleet. I believe it was the original plan.
