Looks like some are working on Cotswold Line trains today, but there are a number of cancellations there due to lack of drivers for services that are planned for 800s, including the 12.18 Paddington to Moreton-in-Marsh and 17.18 to Worcester and their return runs.

The 08.00 Paddington-Swansea looks like it is a pair of 800s, based on the moves out of North Pole depot.

Does anyone know which diagrams are 800s for this Saturday?
As I have seen on Saturdays when doing a Thames branches with FishQuinn there aren't as many as weekdays, and normally by mid day some from Stoke Gifford and Maliphant go to North Pole for weekend maintenance and swap over, but the Cotswold services are normally the ones that get capped on weekends, especially if the Rugby is on.

Except for the Hereford & Great Malvern services.

I assume you mean the services that go al the way to/from Hereford via Great Malvern as opposed to ones running to/from Great Malvern only.

There are planned moves showing on realtimetrains from North Pole depot into Paddington tomorrow for stock to form the 05.18, 06.18 and 07.18 and 11.18 departures to Great Malvern (returning at 08.43, 09.45, 10.45 and 14.35) plus the 09.18 to Worcester (returns at 12.05) and 12.18 to Moreton-in-Marsh (returns at 14.50).

In the afternoon it looks like the 17.18 to Worcester/20.04 return should also be an IET.

All, of course, assuming enough drivers and train managers are available and a track fault affecting services on the Worcester-Hereford line late yesterday and again today is fixed. There is only a limited service as far as Malvern currently in operation.

Lack of drivers strikes again though - no 05.18, 07.18, 09.18 or 17.18 departures for the Cotswold Line today.

The 17.18 eventually ran but apparently GWR Journeycheck was still showing it as a cancellation some time after it had left Paddington...

The 17:18 was between Didcot and Oxford by the time GWR Journeycheck was updated to show it as running

17:18 London Paddington to Worcester Foregate Street due 19:44 has been reinstated and is now running as scheduled.

Most of the Bristol services yesterday were HSTs, I counted about 15 HSTs and 3 800s

The 1803 Padd-Swansea yesterday was a pair of 800s, quite busy too after the cancellation of the 1730 Padd-Bristol.

Anyone able to provide some IET diagrams to and from Bristol tomorrow (Sat 19th)? Thanks in advance.

There are no Worcester starters - all current Cotswold Line diagrams start and finish in London. The sidings at Worcester (and Hereford) need new shore supplies for overnight stabling and these will not be available until later in the year.

No problem!

Can confirm that the diagram starting with 1B03 (which has literally to the second just gone past my house) is 800034+800006.

Also 1L24 (0629 Swansea to Paddington) is a pair of 800s.

Thought I’d bump this thread to see if there were any updates.

(And as a hint not to keep starting new threads on existing subjects...). :D

I had a pair of 800s on the 1045 PAD to SWA on Saturday. Looked like most Bristol TN services were 800s last weekend.
