It is Bletchley, cant be to harsh.
Its the Engineers sidings.
So i suppose TB has it

Looks like a class 06 which by 1983 only had two locations; Dunfermline Townhill and Reading Signal Works ( the latter now underneath an industrial estate ).

The undulating low lying hills plus the disused platform ( the Reading Signal Works were on the site of an old station, Reading Town ) makes me suspect Reading, which was not stuffed as full of taller buildings at the time as it is now.
