Hi all,
I have recently applied for an apprentice train driver job and wondered if anyone can give me any pointers.
I have passed the 1st 3 assessments.
2nd Section
Answered 27/50 on the 2nd section, having looked online at this type of test 27 answered correctly should actually be a good score.
3rd Section
Answered all the questions, was worried about time on this one given I had ran out of time on the previous one, so pushed through the questions quicker and hoped that I got enough correct.
Fortunately I passed this section and have now received an email to do a video interview.
Is this interview the last part? Or, if you get through this interview you get a face to face interview?
I'm reading it is likely to be 5-6 questions and I presume this will be "Tell a time when you have...." and "Why do you want to be a Train driver"?, What are the qualities needed to be a Train driver? etc... Is this about right?
Anyone who has started the job, do they ask you for a copy of your GCSE certificate? I did my GCSE's 20+ years ago and have since done A-Levels, University Degree, professional qualifications etc. But I no longer have my GCSE certificate and feel the other qualifications supersede this!
I really would like this job, as I'm sure all on here do so any help would be very much appreciated!
Thank you
