Bare Lane and Romley mentioned earlier are both closed

http://s0.geograph.org.uk/geophotos/05/08/72/5087296_9e6dcf45.jpgBarrhill. Box at platform end and token instruments in station building. Is that the last survivor of this practice?
For preserved ones there's this little gem at Medstead on the Mid Hants.
There's disused boxes on the platforms at Topsham, Dawlish and I think Exeter Central too.
A few Southern(ish) ones. Feltham PSB excluded as I'm not sure where it is!

Truro Box is beyond the level crossing
St Erth is well beyond the station and the St Ives junction.
Bare Lane - but I don't think it does much signalling nowadays. As far as I know it just controls the level crossing
