MAGA (Cornish Language Fellowship, as was) Signage Panel Placename Masterlist says Porthreptor is indeed Carbis Bay. (The upper part of the settlement is "Karrbons", though.)

Francis got it right first, I think, meaning the current question is A'Bhuaile Ghlas.

Ogain can be Hogan or Cogan.
Having failed to find any such name in my Ireland road atlas, I thought: Paul likes LUAS.
