Looks as if the first few rail services from the airport are permanent bus replacements, so we'll have to stick to the local buses where we are grateful the 43 runs 24/7, as we board the 0455 Stagecoach Manchester service 43 to Manchester Royal Infirmary, arriving there at 0535 on Sunday morning.
