Trainsplit Ticket Isssuing Problem with Avanti WC Family Single Ticket

To update. Ticket was accepted with no need for printout even. Avanti ticket office in Glasgow said it was a known problem and not to worry. Even the scotrail machines in Glasgow Central cant print them apparently. Thanks again though for all your help Ian and Nicky. Certainly cant fault the level of customer service given to me by Trainsplit.
