Unless I've missed something, why has there been hardly any advertising for it this year?

When does it start? That's what I'm meaning, no advertising to when it starts
There is still that advert on the bus stop at Bell St/Courthouse Square (1/18/28), but it’s graffitied over
Is it the same route again?
