On an original diagram then. Now on 1P37
1300 ex-Norwich.Has it taken up the rest of the original planned diagram or a different one then?
I believe that was 007 was it not. 002 was 1230 ex Norwich1300 ex-Norwich.
What chance the third diagram will be the nin90?I believe that was 007 was it not. 002 was 1230 ex Norwich
No as I think they want them on proper full diagrams. What chance the third diagram will be the nin90?
Yes there was some confusion this morning when infact 002 had been in traffic from start of day.I believe that was 007 was it not. 002 was 1230 ex Norwich
Okay it has now restarted and left 15min late.In concerning news 010 has had a hissy fit after arriving at Manningtree from Ipswich through the neutral section. No power to start. Driver having to reboot!!
This was a problem reported before they entered service. Why has it not been fixed??
Hope 010 behaves itself as the one behind (presumably a 90) hasn't.So nice to get a morning peak IC service from Colchester and be confident about getting a seat! Sitting comfortably at a table in 745010 on the 7.05 up (06:00 from NRW).

Teething problems with 002.The 06:24 should be a 90 as that goes to Bounds Green. Although the 06:48 behind that which is scheduled to be a 745 has terminated at Colchester.
Is it back in service now?Teething problems with 002.
Saw that last night.Thunderbird loco is stabled at Manning tree at moment
37 611?Saw that last night.
Nope, sat on Crown Point. 1130/1400 caped. Next bit is the 1630up.Is it back in service now?
Thank goodness 010 behaved itself this morning!Teething problems with 002.
Sorry no idea. I don't usually note down numbers of locos sitting around. It's bad enough trying to note down the unit numbers and loco numbers of trains . I've travelled on37 611?
Isn't it because some.of the diagrams are meant to be covered by 720s and 745/1s? They aren't anywhere near service so I guess they will be covered by 321s until they are in service? So @dk1 - You're going to be trained on Renatus 321's until the 745 fleet is fully introduced. That sounds like a white flag in getting all the 745s in service by April.
Not me thankfully but on of the Norwich drivers links will be to mitigate issues should LHCS not get an extension beyond the 31st March. So @dk1 - You're going to be trained on Renatus 321's until the 745 fleet is fully introduced. I saw 006 but it was on ECS from Parkeston to Norwich. It is reported 006 is out today now. Was that to replace 002? Or is it on a new diagram? Did 002 make it out again?
It will all be covered as 720s are planned to work some and of course 745/1s cycling around to/from Crown Point for maintenance others. It actually needs 12 sets in service each day with the current timetable, including the additional 90 minute schedules, which is why two diagrams are usually 321s already. So replacing all the 90s with InterCity type 745s is impossible as only 10 have been built.
A new timetable could reduce this to 9 diagrams with any extra peak trains covered by other stock, but that is a long way off at present. Even then the 90 minute schedules should mean other stock filling in the gaps where those trains don't call.
