May I ask how long you have been in the talent pool for?
Of course. 3 weeks after DMI in September but tbh I didn’t risk it and didn’t book any annual leave for 2024. So I’m glad that paid off in the end.

There’s me still waiting from 2022 intake was offered a pace February 2023 haha, I’ve been holding off booking any holidays since I’ve been in the pool but I’m going to need to get away soon somewhere for me to forget about refreshing my emails every 30 seconds
