Added:
701265 (Circuitous Route) Due to engineering works on the 05 -06 October 2024 and 9 to 22 November 2024 between Exeter and Axminster. Journeys from Honiton to London Terminals on fare route (00000 ANY PERMITTED) are not valid via Exeter St Davids. This applies in both directions.
As the line through Honiton is closed at the weekend, you'd need to catch a bus whichever route you took. Some of the buses to Exeter don't stop at stations between Honiton and Exeter Central, so the journey time is similar on either route. This aim of the easement is to stop Honiton-London tickets from being used via Exeter, perhaps because a Honiton-London ticket isn't normally valid that way.
701266 (Map) During engineering works, impacting journeys from Didcot Parkway to London, on the 17 November 2024, and the 27 - 29 December 2024, travel will be valid via Oxford Parkway and High Wycombe to London Marylebone. This map easement will apply in both directions.
London Paddington is closed on 17th November, so this lets some people take a longer, less disrupted route between Didcot and London. Other routes (such as ones to London Waterloo or London Euston) are also available.
The data doesn't mention London, but adds the routeing points between Didcot and London Marylebone (Didcot, Oxford, Princes Risborough, South Ruislip and London Marylebone) to routes to or from Didcot.
701267 (Fare route) During engineering works on the 17 November 2024 and between 27 and 29 December 2024 tickets from Hereford, Ledbury, Colwall, Great Malvern, Malvern Link, Worcester Foregate Street, Worcester Shrub Hill, Worcestershire Parkway, priced on (00799) LONDON EVESHAM, (00803) EVESHAM/STROUD, (00805) VIA EVESHAM, for journeys to or via London, will be valid via Birmingham Moor Street for journeys via High Wycombe. This fare route easement applies in both directions
This lets you go via Birmingham Moor Street (specifically) if you are going from one of the stations between Hereford and Worcestershire Parkway inclusive, are going via High Wycombe, and are using a ticket with one of the above route codes. It doesn't include every "Evesham" route code, so there are flexible Amersham-Worcester tickets which can be used via London and Birmingham but no Ipswich-Worcester ones.
The data for this easement includes the same restrictions, but also has an extra one, in that it doesn't allow travel via Oxford.
701268 (Map) During engineering works on the 17 November 2024 and between 27 and 29 December 2024 tickets from Hereford, Ledbury, Colwall, Great Malvern, Malvern Link, Worcester Foregate Street, Worcester Shrub Hill, Worcestershire Parkway, priced on (00799) LONDON EVESHAM, (00803) EVESHAM/STROUD, (00805) VIA EVESHAM, for journeys to or via London, will be valid via Birmingham Moor Street for journeys via High Wycombe. This map easement applies in both directions.
This is a "map" version of 701267. The data adds the routeing points between Birmingham Group and London Marylebone (Birmingham Group, Tyseley, Warwick Group, Leamington, Banbury Group, Princes Risborough, South Ruislip and London Marylebone) to routes from or to a station between Hereford and Worcestershire Parkway inclusive where the route doesn't go via Oxford.
701269 (Local) During engineering works on 17 November 2024, and between 27 - 29 December 2024 tickets from Worcestershire Parkway, priced on (00799) LONDON EVESHAM, (00803) EVESHAM/STROUD and (00805) VIA EVESHAM for journeys to or via London, will be valid via Birmingham Moor Street for journeys via High Wycombe. This local easement applies in both directions
This is a local easement for Worcestershire Parkway alone.
The data says Worcester Group and Worcestershire Parkway are applicable locations for a journey from or to Worcestershire Parkway which go via High Wycombe and have one of the specific route codes.
I don't know what exactly this does, or which tickets it is important for. It's hard to tell what has changed because of it when there are a few other easements for the same line closure.
701270 (Circuitous Route) During engineering works on the 17 November 2024 and between 27 and 29 December 2024 tickets from Hereford, Ledbury, Colwall, Great Malvern, Malvern Link, Worcester Foregate Street, Worcester Shrub Hill, Worcestershire Parkway, priced on (00799) LONDON EVESHAM, (00803) EVESHAM/STROUD, (00805) VIA EVESHAM, for journeys to or via London, will not be valid on Cross Country services via Birmingham. This circuitous route easement applies in both directions
This says that, if you travel via High Wycombe from one of the above stations with one of the above routes, you can't use Crosscountry. Or perhaps that you can't use Crosscountry through High Wycombe? I'm not sure, but going to Birmingham from Worcestershire Parkway without using Crosscountry seems awkward.
701271 (Routeing Point) Advance tickets for journeys from Chelmsford to Cambridge and Cambridge North are valid via Ipswich. This routeing point easement applies in both directions
The data for this easement is a little different. It makes Witham (not Ipswich) a valid routeing point for all Chelmsford-Cambridge/Cambridge North journeys.
For advance tickets, whether you can buy a ticket with an itinerary is more important that the rules. With this easement, nre.co.uk offers itineraries via London or Ipswich between Chelmsford and Cambridge, but only offers ones via London between Chelmsford and Cambridge North.
It doesn't offer advance tickets between Chelmsford and Waterbeach on either route. I don't know if this is connected.
701272 (Doubleback) Customers travelling to Deansgate from Trafford Park. Or on trains that are routed via Trafford Park. May interchange at Manchester Oxford Road. This doubleback easement applies in both directions.
Few trains from or to the Trafford Park direction stop in Deansgate. and a ticket to Manchester Stations wouldn't otherwise let you get there.
It doesn't seem to work (at least, not on nre.co.uk), which may be because the specification needs Manchester Oxford Road to have "double back" and "via" records, but it only has a "double back" one.
In addition to the above changes, Attenborough, Beeston and Nottingham have been added as applicable locations in the data for easement 700691. The text remains:
700691 (Map) Holders of season tickets from origin Sheffield to Attenborough;
Beeston or Nottingham may travel via Derby. This map easement applies in both
directions
I don't konw if the data matters for this easement as it only affects season tickets, and I don't know of a way to check the permitted routes for one of those.
In addition, the following was added yesterday (Thursday).
Changes from 02 Oct 2024 (524) to 03 Oct 2024 (525).
Easement changes:
Added:
701273 (Fare route) During engineering works, when rail replacement bus services will be operating from Gloucester on 12th, 13th and 20th October 2024. Tickets priced on (00171) VIA CHELTENHAM will be valid on the rail replacement services via Gloucester and Birmingham that do not call at Cheltenham Spa. This fare route easement applies in both directions
There are no trains between Bromsgrove and Gloucester on these dates, and trains from the southwest are being diverted to terminate in Gloucester. This easement means that (for instance) a Birmingham-Bristol ticket is valid on non-stop Birmingham-Gloucester buses.
