Manchester Metrolink M5000 trams:

3134
3135

I could have gone for more, I had noted 3130 and 3132 out but as my trip report discusses, there were other things to do in Manchester. I'd have probably not done those either, if I could have got the National Cycling Centre website to load when I needed it to, but that's on the list to do later in the year.

Cleared for Mileage:
313216

All the Southern 313s now cleared for ten miles, had the bonus of it working a service towards Portsmouth allowing an evening spin out towards Emsworth (was going to be Southbourne but Southern decided to rip out stops of a delayed Southampton - Victoria [non-stop Southampton - Havant then fast to Chichester] which didn't actually regain any time (16 minutes late at Southampton, 16 minutes late departing Chichester! But hey it's putting passengers first ;))

195105, 195113, 195124 on consecutive Hope Valley stoppers

331010 (totally wedged)
397006 (Oxford Rd to Piccadilly, dont do mileage )

After about a year dodging behind shrubbery every time I travelled, Metrolink serial absentee 3124 finally turns up for my morning commute...

Congratulations on a very productive day!

My only recent scores, despite two days in London (because I was cycling on those days!) were:

21/03/2022

720549

24/03/2022

387140 (paid £32 for the experience too!)

Thank you.

I don't even know where to go to get either a 720 or a 387!

With all the new stuff landing in London, that's fair enough, it's quite the changed scene down there now. GWR run 387s between Paddington and Didcot, as well as to Newbury. Gatwick Express from Victoria to Gatwick Airport (with some to Brighton too from memory), Great Northern use 387s from King's Cross to Peterborough and King's Lynn from memory, obviously not all trains go as far as King's Lynn with others only as far as Cambridge and what have you.

720s are spreading out over all of the GA empire, both on the West Anglia and Great Eastern lines.

My trip home from Reading was via Slough, both Windsors and Clapham Jc to Victoria and the coach.

The red pen was required for:
165109
387161, 387171
450056, 450073, 450092

No red pen, but Megabus's charabanc back to Manchester had a painted name on the front: Bussy Galore :)

Thanks.
I'm reasonably "local" and the Southern fares to the coast are quite good, so thought I'd better make the effort.
I was able to check with a friend who has TOPS access before setting off.

Even though "Part Time Spotter" features 313s on his website, as Southern often have spare 377s, it's not unknown for the plan to change during the day.
