I am guessing 5Q81 was 166214 and 5Q70 was either 166204 or 166210? As an alternative, 5Q70 could be 166217 being returned to Wolverton? 166217 does not appear to have done anything since it arrived from Wolverton two weeks ago so perhaps it requires rectification.

5Q81 was 166214, 5Q70 was 166204.

166210 is currently undergoing a rebuild post being a spare donor and an incident last year, but sounds near to completion from word on the ground.

For anyone interested, this leaves 205, 206, 208, 210, 212, 216, 219 & 220.

150216 is due to go, but surely it would go from Exeter instead?

Edit: said unit has ended in Bristol today so presumably that run will be put in again in the next few days.

A new path is now showing on RTT for tomorrow

5H70 1030 St Philips Mrsh H S T D to Wolverton Centre Sidings

Yep, currently sat on it! Just been told they can't release the brakes.

Eventually set off empty, back towards Trowbridge after 123 minutes, never seen a wrong line unsignalled move over the level crossing before, no reversible signalling on this section. Apparently fitters could only get it to operate from back cab.

Lots of trains now out of place after a 2 hour line blockage. Clearly the 166s are still in bad way.

I was on two 165s today, in first class, and both had had armrests ripped off, BUT they did have working internal doors, so not all bad. I noticed too that some armrest light switches were plated while others just left in situ.
