Your link works fine, but when I navigate their web site I can't find this page - how did you find it, was it a link on their vacancies page that has now gone? It's as if it's hidden now except to those using your link.
You couldn't make it up, pay a load of drivers off a few year back, and now recruiting again! They just didnt look at the big picture, always knew this would happen, loose a contract and the axe falls.
Isn't Schenker due a new pay deal?

Driver Operator is another name for Maintenance Depot Driver

Qualifications are meaningless now. No one checked up on my MSc, BSc, three A Levels and ten GCSEs. Its like I might as well have made them all up.
It's basically the same nowThis. We were misled by clueless schoolteachers - "get loads of qualifications and cash them in for a good job and a Porsche when you leave school" - was the general message in the 70's & 80's. I would have been better off leaving at 16
