Spot on I passed the assessment and awaiting DMI.

Anybody know what the DMI entails and is it relatively easy to pass?

Or is this the most challenging step?

What would be any other remaining stages?

When did you do your DMI ?
During mine they said they had started Courses in April and due to start another in July. They said they had no start dates for future Courses at present.

Just waiting until there's a vacancy or potentially have to reapply again?

Talent pool... Just a waiting game until they have a course which they can place you on.

Could be month..months..year..years!

My only advice is! KEEP applying for every possible position in the meantime.

I've come across a few people on other threads saying two years after they finally got called after being in the talent pool for that long so..

Most cases you'll get a result, pass or fail.
