That's a bit up in the air right now but I think Sunday 12th could be their last day thereon. Are you trekking up from Jannerland to Scouseland to ride a few before they finally go?

Mate of mine who's a Wirral Line guard has been told 19th/20th Nov for full 777s operation on Chester/Ellesmere Port. New Brighton/West Kirby to remain as 50X for now.

Not all guards and drivers are trained on them yet.

507017 and 023 at Southport this afternoon on Hunts Cross services.

Just back from Liverpool. Managed to do the entire Wirral line system by 508.
103 was working to Ellesmere Port
131 was on the Chester line
120 was on the New Brighton line and
139 was doing the West Kirby.

Meanwhile two short observations revealed 104, 108 and 114 on Southport to Hunts Cross Services.

Makes the whole situation even more bonkers that does. Makes you wonder what the reason actually is for them not being allowed to operate into the new year. Money I suspect is a big one

Reported on MerseyRailways 2.0 Facebook that 508139 and 508141 are both due at Birkenhead North today to begin preparations for "re-delivery".

139 moved to the depot from New Brighton siding this morning as 5T60.

People will be pleased to know that 507003 is once again alive. Was seen powered up outside Birkenhead Depot today, and appears to have been on the move as well

Contrary to what I posted yesterday, 508141 is out on the Southport line today! I saw it on 2U46 1654 Southport to Hunts Cross.

Also 507023 has been out on the supposedly all-777 Chester line

That's not for Merseyrail. This was for the first Northern 319 scrap move off of Allerton Depot (319375).

508 139 is on West Kirbys (9.21 circuit)
508 141 is on the 10.54 Southport-Hunts X
507 031 is also on Chesters (11.00 ex Liv Central)

508 103 was also noted on the New Brighton circuit.

Had some severe wheel flats when I was on it last Wednesday on Southports. May be having that sorted

508103 stored
508104,108,114,120,131,136,139 and 141 active.
508110-112,115,117-118.122-128,130,134137-140 and 143 scrapped
508201-212, 301-303 scrapped apart from 64649 & 64712 at Seacombe, 64681 & 64724 at Moreton in Marsh, and 64664 & 64707 Arlington Fleet services barrier vehicles.
I've gathered this from Raillog and other places, I'm happy to be corrected if any of that is wrong.

I was referring to 001, I doubt very much that it is recieving an old livery, possibly just patching up the current one, but not too sure.

508136 /114 seen on Southport services today. I rode 114 from Sandhills to Hunts Cross and back yo South Parkway.

139 was sat at Kirkdale when I went past at 3pm, not sure if 141 was with it.
