I believe 5T82 was the headcode used yesterday for 018 and 029 when they were in NBN, not sure if it is the same today though
018 and 029 were no longer coupled, i went past North and it was 029+001 outside, with 018 being shunted insideI believe 5T82 was the headcode used yesterday for 018 and 029 when they were in NBN, not sure if it is the same today though
Anyone got any pics of this?023 + 003 on wall siding at Southport seen with compressors running and lights on displaying
The Last Ding Ding on its destination screen!!!
Anyone got any pics of this?
Thanks for today's updates. Looks fairly certain 001 will be on the tour; all this after the utter tosh that has been going around about it being 'officially withdrawn'. Ideally they will use one of 018 or 029 alongside as those two are much better runners than 003 and 023.Update: just past North Depot again, 018 is being moved inside the shed, and 029 and 001 are coupled outside. 001 has a ‘Farewell’ sticker on the front of it, confirming its on the tour. Im assuming it would be 001 + 029 now as they are coupled, and they would be keeping 023 + 003 as reserves in Southport
Could be, however i think it would be to allow 001 to couple to either 003 or 023 for the tour003 has been split from 023 and has moved into Southport C.H.S. Possible preparation for entry into service today?
No, nothing booked. Unlikely you'll see a 507 today unless another few trams fail of course...Any 507’s expected or booked out later?
Both still sat completely dead at NBN, nothing out.I have spotted 5T82 in NBN on Traksy. I have had word that 18/29 are both there, But that headcode has been used a few times for 507 ECS’ so leads me to think that could make an appearance later
Edit: There is headcode 2N21 which is white on Traksy, This headcode is also showing as VAR on Realtimetrains

Confirmed on the MerseyRailways 2.0 Facebook group, 507001 and 507023 are planned to operate the BLS Farewell tour tomorrow.
yes why wouldnt it? it would need to have a headcode, which will be 2T07Will the tour appear on signal box map?
Just wondered. Some trains don’t seem to. For example the noisy thing that cleans the lines at night doesn’t seem to. Although I could have just missed it I suppose.yes why wouldnt it? it would need to have a headcode, which will be 2T07
1T07* sorry
2S43 was the one I meant, apologies for any confusion!Trust confirms 507003 on 1548 from Southport but shows 2S42 as 777006!
That's usually an indicator of a knackered Motor Alternator.001 is not in good condition at all in terms of sound, Its not letting me upload the video so I will try to attach it below
Edit: The video won’t upload because the file is too large
The motor fan is pulsing up and down in pitch in an unusual way. It sounds like it is about to explode
