Coast to Coast branded 33472 & 33473 seen in convoy on the A30 near Chiverton Cross earlier. They had some sort of red stickers on the upper deck front windows, off to Birmingham or somewhere else?

Hi all, looking at the tracker today, not many Enviro400 MMCs were out in the Kernow region today - lots of the older Volvo B7TLs out (I think I only counted one blue MMC). Is this the case for the week? I’m down and would like some photos of the older stock, where possible. Of course, might’ve just been a random coincidence. Thanks in advance.

Looks like Volvo B9TL 37327 was out in service for the first time in Cornwall today on service 27.
At Camborne Autosan 68302 and Volvo B7TL 32125 have been removed by recovery truck for scrap in the last day or two.
I image the Lizard open top that has an issue will follow along with the ex Eastbourne Trident that has donated its engine to 32727.
The latter has been moved around the yard at Camborne under its own power. I don’t know what the plans are for this one now the Exeter tour is not running.

The Autosan may have gone for scrap (who collected it?) but the rest have been moved for storage in another of our depots

We operate over 60 vehicles on school and college routes so can easily spare 22 for Commonwealth Games contingency work.
