They are working in batches. They review candidates videos then progress them, so people are at all different stages. Don't panic. I know the team as I was successful in the role last year. If you haven't heard anything, it's because they are working their way to review your video because it takes them time to get through them all (normally around 4,000), or they are waiting for more dates for interviews if you have sent your certificates. Also if you don't have your certificates - (actual copies) it would be worth requesting copies now as they won't be able to offer you an interview unless you send them copies.

Alright, so you upload everything at the beginning of march like me. Did you receive the message above I published above, at least?
I would say not to stress about when you completed anything, or try and compare with others. The email sounds like it was sent to all applicants, like the email said, they're working hard to get through all applications and due to the numbers involved, it's taking longer than usual. You'll hear something eventually, it will just take time. Just got to be patient.

There are training courses setting June and September '22.
So don't stress

Exactly, there's so many applications to get through and so many interviews following and no doubt the recruitment team will probably be working on other jobs posted on the site. So stressing about it so much will drive you mad. Just got to relax and trust the process.

Hello Ja88. Still waiting to get email if you will be calling for the interview? Hopefully we will get something this week.
I believe they've already interviewed. I was told they had over 3k applicants and were interviewing 60 for 10 roles. I was unfortunately told yesterday that I was unsuccessful. I'm now waiting for feedback see where I need to make adjustments.

Haven’t heard anything yet. Just have to wait and see.

Oh really? That would be disappointing after I’ve paid for my GCSE results, after waiting all this time. Ah man, that’s gutting news mate. Hopefully there’ll be another chance for you another time.

Someone said on this forum that there would have been 2 courses, one in June and the other in Semptember. Perhaps those successful who have applied later would be called for interviews later on..

hello MamCo and congratulations! Any tips you can give for those that they would be preparing for the interview?
Thanks!

Just make sure to be well prepped. I used the questions on glass door as guidance for structuring answers and there was the majority of those questions that were asked but a couple of curveballs. Look at the job description and pick out the key words that they’re looking for. More importantly, just relax. The interview itself is very laid back and both of my interviews were really nice and friendly.

Also, don’t be afraid to ask them questions about their experiences with the company.

Congratulations! I’m assuming if you pass psycho testing and medical you’ve got the job?
Yes, I’ve got testing at next month at some point just waiting on the confirmation date. If I pass that it’s just the medical to go and then it’ll be a start date I’d imagine - here’s hoping to not fall at the final hurdles!

Hello and thanks for your tips. What do you mean when you say "you used the questions on glass door as a guidance"?

Congratulations to those getting through!
I got my proof of GCSE’s through from AQA on the weekend and finally emailed them through to LNER so who knows how long it’ll be before I hear.
Im settling in for a long wait though, I imagine, anyway.

Good news on getting your GCSE's through. Been around 3 weeks since I handed mine in, just hoping it's not a case of they've interviewed all the people they need and that's it. Hopefully you'll hear something soon as well.
