As things currently stand all H&H work is carried out under the DCR flag, it was stated in the media that the H&H / RailAdventure partnership would continue to use DCR drivers for the time being, we shall see what happens of course

720561 has entered service. It will form the 1518 next from Liverpool Street to Clacton-on-Sea
I believe twenty-one units are now in service - myself having been on all except 548 - and I have the following units down as not in service yet.

561 has been reported elsewhere as entering passenger service on 31/05 however after only a couple of days in use it became the Parkeston training unit. This requirement has ceased now so presumably 561 has gone back into pax service.

Yes 561 was the training unit and running solo.
I seen it myself early to mid June 2021.
Off this year when it was running around.
Especially shenfield to Witham area and calling at those stations.
I saw 561 in passenger use when I was at Ipswich a few weeks ago.

My records have 720560 as having entered service at the back end of June, or at least me having first seen any report of it being in service. I also have 720558 as only having reached test/mileage accumulation stage although I first recorded this stage back in December so would assume it had completed it by now

Looking at the posts on this forum, there's no indication of 720560 having been in service. It was noted in posts #1,216 and #1,217 to be on trial trips / mileage accumulation (or at any rate not in service) on 30th June. Be great if anyone can confirm status, and date into service, if applicable. I can only assume I have gone off this post on 24/06/21 as this is the date I noted it as being in service:
Just checked back and the 15:15 off Liv St to Southend was 2K60 so certainly an in service working

So if these the first to be accepted since April, does it mean the software issues that put a stop to deliveries have been resolved?

I thought it was contract issues rather than software but yes, that was resolved a few weeks ago.

There was a 5Q21 10+12 Wembley to Ilford move on Friday 13 August. I'm informed that this was to have been formed of 720559 + 720560 on their delivery run to GA, but can anyone please confirm? Thanks
Noted at Stafford on Monday 16/8 operating 5Q56, 5Q57 and then subsequently 5Q58 to Wembley were 720545 and 720546.
Noted going into Litchurch Lane from Worksop (5Q12) on Tuesday 17/8 was 720520 propelled by 66737 and an unidentified loco. No unit numbers on this but coach number on display in the window.
